Computer Lab
Foundation of information technology is an integral part of the curriculum at Alva’s Education Foundation of IT is introduced as a tool to enrich students’ knowledge & the laboratories are equipped with the latest computers & other state-of-the art IT applications, including interactive learning tools & internet connectivity. A well equipped computer lab with internet, multimedia and e-mail facilities caters to the needs of children.
Transport

Science Lab
4th to 10th grade

Library
1st to 10th grade
“An hour spend in library is worth a month in laboratory” Alva’s Central School has well-furnished library replete with a wide ranging collection of books on various subjects, which are helpful to the students to expand their intellectual horizons. The reading rooms facilitate the students to pursue knowledge in absolute peace.
Coching Classes
5th to 10th grade
Coaching classes play a pivotal role in honing the academic skills of our top-performing students, providing them with specialized guidance and resources to excel further in their studies. These classes are meticulously designed to cater to the unique needs of high achievers, offering advanced coursework, in-depth subject analysis, and targeted exam preparation strategies.
Hostel
5th to 10th grade
Separate hostel facility is provided for boys and girls. Discipline of high order is insisted upon in the hostels. Besides adequate facilities, wholesome food and conveyance from hostel to school and back are also provided. These hostels are managed by full time wardens under the constant supervision of the management. The parents/guardians are not allowed to stay in the hostels along with their wards.
Sports
1st to 10th grade
Sports and games are an integral part of any school curriculum however we at Alva’s schools have made it mandatory for every student to take part in sporting activity. An Expert coach provides specialized training to the students. Athletics is given much prominence in the school. All the needed equipments are provided to train the athletes.In addition to traditional sports, Alva’s schools places a strong emphasis on adventure activities as part of our holistic approach to student development.
Counselling Centre
Mannassu
Mannassu, our counselling centre, provides a supportive space for students to express their thoughts and feelings. Staffed by trained counsellors, it helps students navigate academic, peer, and personal challenges through individual and group sessions. Our focus is on fostering emotional resilience, building confidence, and developing coping strategies. Mannassu also offers workshops on mental health, stress management, and emotional intelligence, empowering students to proactively care for their well-being. Hostel - Study Hours
6th to 10th Grade
Alva’s Schools offer Teachers Guided Study Hours from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM to provide personalized academic support. During these sessions, teachers help students clarify doubts, strengthen understanding, and prepare for exams in a structured environment. These after-school hours promote better academic performance and encourage disciplined study habits, helping students maximize their potential.
JEE-NEET Foundation Classes
6th to 10th Grade
Alva's Schools offer Foundation Classes for grades 6th to 10th, focusing on Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to prepare students for JEE and NEET. Experienced teachers emphasize conceptual clarity, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Regular assessments and personalized guidance ensure students build a strong academic base and develop a keen interest in science, giving them a head start for future competitive exams.
