Education is a venture to form a child’s mind on the foundation of knowledge, values and culture, not a profit making business. The Kannada -medium higher primary school which was started in 2012, stands firm and hopeful I the backdrop of declining Kannada -medium schools. A surprising number of 2485 students appearing for class 6th examination is a record in the history of the education board.
Under our school sponsorship policy, we deliver a complete free and sponsored education along with boarding facilities. This is first in the state and exemplary too
A house stands for long on its firm foundation and likewise a personality stands on the formation of one’s mind. With such a realization for a culturally sound education, our honorable president was always stressed on the necessary issues that deliver. For ex: classes on Music i.e., Mrudanga and Table and other musical instruments, preparations for competitive exams, classes on art, Drawing, etc.. Kannada and Hindi literature are also given prominence in the childhood to provide a holistic education. Pioneering ventures in the history of Karnataka state education like classes on Music, Computer, Dance and other courses with a certificate on completion are first of its kind. What is the Criteria For Selection Under Sports Quota ?
1)Notification for sports quota will be published in newspaper in the month of March and April.
2)Applicants can apply with duely filled bio-data along with attested Xerox copies of their certificates.
3)Selection camp will be held for 20 days at Alva’s Education Foundation.
4)Boarding and coaching facilities will be provided by the school during camp .
5)Selection will be as per the terms of the selection process.
6)Athletics for boys and girls and basketball for girls are only option for students under sports quota.
7)Talented students studying for 8th-10th standard can apply.
8)Students should adhere to the strict rules and regulation of the school.
